LiveLike Unveils ‘Genie’: A Multi-Agent AI Assistant Revolutionizing Interactive Content Creation

TLDR: LiveLike has launched Genie, a multi-agent AI assistant designed to transform interactive content workflows for editorial, marketing, product, and analytics teams. Embedded within the LiveLike CMS, Genie enables the creation, scheduling, and analysis of interactive experiences like quizzes and polls using natural language prompts. This intelligent agent network significantly reduces manual work, enhances collaboration, and facilitates personalized loyalty experiences.

LiveLike, a leader in interactive content solutions, has officially announced the release of ‘Genie,’ an innovative multi-agent AI assistant poised to redefine interactive content workflows. This new intelligence layer is fully embedded within the LiveLike Content Management System (CMS) and is tailored to empower editorial, marketing, product, and analytics teams.

Genie’s core functionality allows users to effortlessly create, schedule, and analyze interactive experiences, such as quizzes, polls, and predictions, through intuitive natural language prompts. What sets Genie apart is its sophisticated multi-agent AI architecture, where each agent is designed to mirror a distinct user persona. These agents collaborate in real-time to execute complex engagement strategies, moving beyond conventional prompt-to-output capabilities.

Miheer Walavalkar, CEO of LiveLike, emphasized the transformative potential of the new assistant, stating, “This assistant goes far beyond basic prompt-to-output functionality. It’s engineered to eliminate friction between content, marketing, product, and analytics teams. That means faster time to market, greater campaign precision, and the ability to launch initiatives that were previously too complex to execute.”

Historically, the manual effort required to produce an average of 30 to 40 interactive widgets per weekend, encompassing quizzes, polls, and campaigns, amounted to approximately 400 minutes of work. With Genie, teams can now achieve the same output in under an hour, while simultaneously boosting personalization and segmentation efforts.

A key differentiator of Genie is its agent coordination feature. A single prompt from a content editor can automatically integrate marketing timelines, product publishing rules, and analytics triggers, eliminating the need for extensive cross-team planning. Walavalkar further elaborated, “We’ve engineered coordination as a feature, not a byproduct. When the editor acts, the analyst, product manager, and marketer are already in sync – through the agents that represent them.”

Genie is designed to cater to four primary user personas during its beta phase:

Editors: Can create and deploy polls, quizzes, and other content with a single prompt.

Marketers: Can launch personalized, time-sensitive campaigns aligned with key events.

Product Managers: Can automate publishing logic.

In a parallel development, LiveLike has also launched an MCP server, enabling external large language models to trigger CMS functionality via API. This expansion opens Genie’s capabilities to partners who do not currently utilize the LiveLike CMS, including broadcasters, sports applications, and third-party platforms. “We believe the future of engagement is not just automated, but coordinated. That’s what this assistant enables – whether you’re a LiveLike client or part of the broader content ecosystem,” Walavalkar added.
