This partnership is designed to fundamentally transform Vi’s IT and business operations through the extensive application of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, alongside the implementation of a unified DevOps execution model.
The core objective of this collaboration is multifaceted: to streamline operations, significantly improve service reliability, enhance the overall customer experience, and accelerate the seamless delivery of digital initiatives. The newly formed AI Innovation Hub will serve as a central nexus, bringing together experts from both Vi and IBM Consulting.
