TLDR: Read AI has introduced its Agentic Workflow Suite, an AI-powered solution designed to significantly reduce meeting loads and enhance overall workplace productivity for both enterprises and individual users. The suite features specialized AI agents for tasks like meeting recaps, catch-ups, scheduling, and personalized work reviews, integrating with popular collaboration platforms.
Read AI officially launched its Agentic Workflow Suite on September 17, 2025, aiming to optimize workplace productivity by leveraging artificial intelligence to manage meeting overload and streamline workflows. This new offering is designed for both enterprise and individual users seeking to enhance their workweek.
The suite introduces several specialized AI-powered agents to tackle various aspects of meeting management and daily tasks. These include the ‘Monday Briefing,’ which provides a personalized summary of the previous week’s highlights and upcoming priorities, and the ‘End of Week’ agent, offering a prioritized recap of important topics, reminders for open action items, and unanswered questions. The ‘Topics’ agent delivers quick summaries of critical discussions, making it easier for users to catch up on essential information even on back-to-back days. Additionally, the ‘Recommendations’ agent generates personal prompts to review all ongoing work, ensuring nothing is missed. A ‘Scheduling Agent’ is also part of the suite, utilizing historical engagement and punctuality data to make meetings more effective and to assess whether personal attendance is truly necessary.
The Agentic Workflow Suite is readily accessible through Read AI’s existing platform, which boasts native integrations with a wide array of leading collaboration tools. These include Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, and Salesforce, ensuring broad availability across diverse regions and industries.
The impact and benefits of the suite are supported by significant data and quotes from company leadership. Read AI CEO David Shim stated that the ‘Monday Briefing’ agent alone can save the average worker 60 minutes of catch-up time every week, and teams can expect to reduce their overall meeting load by 10% within a month. He further noted that some individuals have managed to reduce their personal meeting attendance by as much as 20%.
A survey of 750 professionals, conducted by Prodege on behalf of Read AI from August 15-19, 2025, highlighted the positive shifts in workplace dynamics due to AI adoption. It found that 54% of workers reported higher productivity at the start of the week after adopting AI tools, and 53% who frequently use AI reported having more time to complete tasks in the past 12 months. The survey also revealed that 73% of AI-enabled workers are optimistic about AI providing greater flexibility in their workweek, with over 70% desiring an AI assistant for better organization, and 74% specifically seeking help with reminders, scheduling, and task management.
Read AI’s proprietary research, based on an analysis of over 5 million meetings in the U.S. between February and August 2025, informed the development of this suite. This study indicated that AI users are nearly twice as likely to report higher productivity at the start of the week and six times more likely to begin their week with clarity and focus compared to non-AI users. Interestingly, the research also observed an increase in meeting engagement towards the end of the week, with Fridays consistently showing the highest levels of engagement at 83% and positive sentiment at 76%.
Justin Farris, formerly of GitLab, has been appointed as VP of Product Management and is spearheading the development and rollout of the Agentic Workflow Suite. CEO David Shim articulated the company’s ambitious vision, stating, “Our vision is to be the ultimate assistant, keeping you in the loop while making next steps as simple as swiping on Tinder.”
