TLDR: Cybage, a global IT services firm, has entered into a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the adoption and implementation of generative AI (Gen AI) solutions for enterprises. This partnership aims to transition businesses from Gen AI experimentation to practical execution by addressing common hurdles such as high costs, slow value realization, and lack of in-house expertise. The collaboration will leverage Amazon Bedrock and Cybage’s specialized engineering capabilities, including its SmartPal Gen AI platform, with AWS providing funding for eligible Gen AI projects.
SAN FRANCISCO – August 5, 2025 – Cybage, a prominent global IT services company, has officially announced a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This significant partnership is designed to empower enterprises in their journey from initial generative AI (Gen AI) experimentation to full-scale business execution, thereby accelerating innovation across various sectors.
The collaboration directly addresses key challenges hindering Gen AI adoption, including prohibitive upfront costs, extended time-to-value, fragmented architectural choices, a scarcity of in-house expertise, and uncertainties surrounding production readiness. Through this SCA, Cybage and AWS will facilitate rapid Gen AI implementations, primarily utilizing Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service that offers a diverse selection of high-performing foundation models from leading AI companies.
As part of the agreement, AWS will extend crucial funding opportunities to support Cybage’s customers for eligible proof-of-concept, pilot, and production-grade Gen AI use cases. The joint effort will focus on assisting enterprises in building, migrating, and scaling Gen AI applications on Amazon Bedrock. This encompasses both the migration of existing AI implementations to Amazon Bedrock and the greenfield development of novel AI-driven solutions aimed at accelerating business value.
Cybage brings to the collaboration extensive expertise in cloud modernization, data engineering, and AI-led transformation. The company’s proprietary ExcelShore® delivery framework is expected to ensure predictability and accountability at scale for these complex projects. Furthermore, Cybage’s internal Gen AI platform, SmartPal, will play a pivotal role. SmartPal integrates advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with built-in agent capabilities, secure deployment, and enterprise-grade guardrails, enabling teams to rapidly prototype and scale AI solutions for real-world applications.
The impetus for this collaboration was significantly bolstered by Cybage’s recent success with SonicWall, a global cybersecurity leader. Cybage successfully transformed SonicWall’s Gen AI vision into a production-ready solution, specifically developing a secure and scalable chatbot for their managed service providers.
