The integration of Aisera’s industry-leading self-service agents for IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources (HR), and Customer Service will create the industry’s most comprehensive agentic automation portfolios. This is expected to deliver autonomous operations across various departments, significantly improving both employee and customer experiences. Automation Anywhere anticipates becoming the sole company to offer Agentic Process Automation (APA) for core operations, featuring connected self-service AI agents accessible to every employee.
