NIIT Learning Systems Achieves 20% Revenue Growth, AI-Driven Business Accounts for 10% of Earnings in Q2 FY26

NIIT Learning Systems Limited has announced impressive financial results for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2026, showcasing a robust 20% year-on-year revenue growth. The company’s revenue reached INR 4,757 million (approximately USD 57.1 million) for the quarter. This performance also reflects a 5% quarter-on-quarter increase in constant currency terms, with a 15% year-on-year constant currency growth.

A significant highlight from the report is the growing contribution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to the company’s revenue. AI-enabled services now account for 10% of NIIT Learning Systems’ total business, underscoring its ‘AI-first strategy’ and commitment to innovation in the learning sector.

Operationally, the company’s EBITDA stood at INR 966 million (approximately USD 11.6 million), achieving a healthy margin of 20.3%. This demonstrates NIIT’s capability to balance profitability with strategic investments aimed at growth and innovation.

During the quarter, NIIT Learning Systems successfully secured three new Managed Training Services (MTS) contracts, renewed three existing contracts, and expanded the scope of one, maintaining an impeccable 100% renewal record. The total number of MTS clients now stands at 104.

Further strengthening its global footprint, NIIT completed the acquisition of the Germany-based MST Group in July 2025 for 22.37 million euros. This acquisition, executed through its subsidiary NIIT (Ireland) Ltd., is a key component of the company’s growth strategy, particularly in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Looking ahead, NIIT Learning Systems anticipates a 2-3% quarter-on-quarter constant currency growth for the third quarter of FY26. The company has reaffirmed its full-year guidance, projecting a constant currency growth of 12.5-13% year-on-year, with margins expected to remain in the 20-21% range. CEO Sapnesh Lalla emphasized the importance of cost efficiency and automation in the current global economic climate, predicting increased consumption driven by future interest rate reductions.
