The acquisition, which took place on September 9, 2025, will see RocketSource fully integrated into Incubeta’s operations.
Founded in 2016 by Jonathan Greene and Steven Kiger, RocketSource is renowned for its proprietary frameworks that lay the groundwork for AI-driven transformation in marketing. Both co-founders, who attended the University of Utah, will join Incubeta as part of the acquisition, bringing with them a team of skilled consultants and a roster of enterprise clients.
The strategic integration is expected to expand Incubeta’s capacity to deliver measurable, performance-driven marketing results by merging machine and behavioral logic, supported by proven frameworks. This includes access to RocketSource’s proprietary frameworks, notably StoryVesting™, a business transformation methodology focused on aligning customer experiences through storytelling to deliver smarter, human-centered marketing at scale.
Clients are also set to benefit from enterprise-grade data analysis and insights, enabling precise audience identification, activation, and measurement across complex datasets. The offering includes data-as-a-service (DaaS) for full-funnel attribution, marketing ROI analysis, and predictive analytics.
