Beyond the summary paragraph, Google has incorporated interactive ‘chips.’ Tapping on these chips allows users to quickly navigate to specific reviews that mention the topic described by the chip, enabling a more granular exploration of feedback without the need for extensive scrolling.
The rollout is being conducted server-side, meaning users do not need to manually update their Play Store application to receive the feature. However, availability may vary by device, account, region, and language. The summaries will only appear for apps that have accumulated a sufficient volume of reviews, though the exact threshold remains undisclosed.
