UiPath Forges Major AI Partnerships with OpenAI, Google, Snowflake, and NVIDIA to Propel Agentic Automation

TLDR: UiPath has announced significant collaborations with leading AI and data companies OpenAI, Google, Snowflake, and NVIDIA. These partnerships aim to enhance UiPath’s agentic automation platform by integrating advanced AI models, enabling voice-controlled agents, transforming data insights into actions, and deploying AI in high-trust scenarios. The move is set to simplify AI agent development and deployment for enterprises, accelerating their AI transformation journeys.

New York, NY – September 30, 2025 – UiPath (NYSE:PATH), a global leader in enterprise automation software with a market capitalization of $6.67 billion and impressive gross profit margins of 83%, has unveiled a series of strategic partnerships with industry giants OpenAI, Google, Snowflake, and NVIDIA. These collaborations are designed to significantly advance UiPath’s agentic automation capabilities, empowering enterprises to accelerate their AI transformation efforts.

The partnership with OpenAI focuses on developing a ChatGPT connector, which will seamlessly integrate OpenAI’s cutting-edge frontier models, including the recently updated GPT-5, into enterprise customer workflows. This integration is poised to simplify the development and deployment of AI agents, allowing process owners to build trust in their AI agents while concentrating on core business objectives rather than technical complexities. Furthermore, UiPath Maestro will gain the ability to orchestrate UiPath, OpenAI, and other third-party AI agents within business processes. ChatGPT Enterprise users will also benefit from enhanced automation capabilities through an MCP integration that displays available automations and workflows directly within the ChatGPT platform. Giancarlo Lionetti, Chief Commercial Officer at OpenAI, emphasized the rapid progress in computer-use agents for enterprises, stating, “We’re moving fast on computer-use agents for enterprises, and evaluations are how we measure progress and set higher standards.”

In collaboration with Google, UiPath is launching a voice-enabled Conversational Agent powered by Google’s Gemini models. This innovative offering will enable businesses to integrate intuitive voice interaction capabilities into their processes without the need for complex coding. Graham Sheldon, Chief Product Officer at UiPath, highlighted the company’s focus: “Whether identifying critical and repetitive processes or building AI agents and orchestrating workflows, we’re focused on enabling our customers to realize impact and ROI from their Agentic AI efforts.”

The alliance with Snowflake will see UiPath’s Agentic Automation platform integrated with Snowflake Cortex AI. This aims to connect data insights with automation, allowing businesses to effortlessly convert trusted insights into automated actions across their enterprise processes. Additionally, UiPath is partnering with NVIDIA to enhance AI in high-trust automation scenarios, such as fraud detection and healthcare management, by integrating NVIDIA’s AI models as microservices, complete with an Integration Service Connector.

These strategic developments underscore UiPath’s commitment to providing a flexible, secure, and open ecosystem for agentic automation. The UiPath Platform has been expanded to include new agentic automation features, offering pre-built solutions and improved orchestration capabilities. UiPath Agent Builder already leverages OpenAI models, including GPT-5, and the platform’s vendor-agnostic approach ensures customers can scale automation with their preferred AI providers, avoiding vendor lock-in.
