TTM Technologies Achieves Record Performance, Fueled by Surging AI Demand

TLDR: TTM Technologies reported record-breaking third-quarter 2025 sales and profits, significantly exceeding analyst expectations. The company’s strong performance was primarily driven by robust demand in data center computing and networking, largely attributed to the generative AI boom. TTM also saw double-digit growth in other diversified sectors, including medical, aerospace, and defense, and provided an optimistic outlook for Q4 2025.

TTM Technologies, a prominent global manufacturer of advanced technology products, including printed circuit boards (PCBs) and RF components, has announced exceptional financial results for the third quarter of 2025, ending September 29, 2025. The company reported record sales and profits, significantly surpassing Wall Street’s projections, largely due to the escalating demand for artificial intelligence technologies.

For Q3 2025, TTM Technologies recorded net sales of $752.7 million, marking a substantial 22% increase year-over-year. This figure comfortably beat analyst estimates, which ranged from $710.1 million to $711.98 million. The company’s operational efficiency also reached new heights, with non-GAAP net income hitting a quarterly record of $71.0 million, or $0.67 per diluted share. This compares favorably to $56.8 million, or $0.55 per diluted share, in Q3 2024. GAAP net income also saw a significant rise to $53.1 million, or $0.50 per diluted share, up from $14.3 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, in the same period last year.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter stood at $120.9 million, representing 16.1% of net sales. Furthermore, TTM generated a robust $141.8 million in cash flow from operations, accounting for 18.8% of net sales, underscoring strong financial health and operational execution.

The primary catalyst for this impressive growth was the surging demand in data center computing and networking markets, directly fueled by the generative AI boom. TTM’s role as a key supplier in the AI supply chain has allowed it to capitalize on this trend. Beyond AI-driven sectors, the company also reported double-digit revenue growth in its medical, industrial and instrumentation, and aerospace and defense markets, highlighting a diversified and resilient business model.
