TLDR: TD Synnex has launched an agentic AI-based enhancement to its Digital Bridge platform, designed to significantly boost sales growth and productivity for its channel partners. The new tool integrates advanced AI capabilities to provide sales representatives with real-time, intelligent assistance, enabling them to deliver more effective solutions and close deals faster.
TD Synnex has introduced a groundbreaking update to its Digital Bridge platform, incorporating agentic artificial intelligence to empower its channel partners with unprecedented sales capabilities and productivity gains. The new agentic AI-based sales tool is poised to transform how partners engage with customers, offering a ‘super solutions architect’ that provides real-time, data-driven insights.
Patrick Zammit, CEO of TD Synnex, emphasized the transformative potential of the new offering. “We are taking partnership with our customers to the next level, and indeed, we are going to leverage technology to improve the quality of the support and the solutions we deliver to our partners,” Zammit stated. He anticipates “significant” productivity gains for partners’ co-workers, allowing them to focus on value-added tasks and pursue new business opportunities.
The tool integrates directly into existing workflows, such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook, enabling partner sales reps to access TD Synnex’s intellectual property on business outcomes and solutions precisely when communicating with customers.
Partners are already expressing enthusiasm for the innovation. Anthony D’Ambrosi, CEO of Abacus Group, a global MSP, expects a substantial increase in bookings per sales representative. “I expect my bookings per rep will grow at a faster rate because of this technology and technology interface,” D’Ambrosi commented, highlighting that it will allow for the deployment of more quota per rep and increased revenue for every dollar spent on sales, general, and administrative expenses. He added that the real-time agentic AI will drive “more accurate, more creative and more innovative solutions delivered to clients more quickly.”
Dani Lockett, Vice President of Sales Operations at Burwood Group, also lauded the Digital Bridge innovation, noting that it paves the way for partners to “develop smarter, better and more scalable solutions” for clients. The platform’s agentic AI capabilities build upon existing benefits, with Burwood Group already experiencing significant savings from adopting Digital Bridge. D’Ambrosi further articulated TD Synnex’s vision to help MSPs evolve into ‘agentic AI orchestrators’ for their customers, suggesting a future where partners can not only consume AI agents from TD Synnex but also orchestrate them for their own clients.
