São Paulo, September 2025 – Stefanini Group, a global technology consultancy specializing in digital transformation and artificial intelligence solutions, has officially completed its acquisition of Escala 24×7. Escala 24×7 is recognized as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Consulting Partner in Latin America. The transaction, initially announced in the first half of the year and recently approved by regulatory agencies, marks a pivotal step in Stefanini’s strategy to solidify its standing as one of the leading cloud service providers in the region.
This acquisition is projected to significantly boost Stefanini’s cloud services revenue, with a target of R$1 billion by 2028. Escala 24×7 itself is anticipated to generate approximately US$100 million in revenue by 2025 and is expected to double its size over the next four years under Stefanini’s umbrella. The strategic importance of this move is underscored by the rapid growth in the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) market, particularly in Latin America, where AWS currently holds a dominant 56% market share, rising to 60% in Brazil, according to IDC data. The consultancy forecasts an average annual growth of 30% in IaaS adoption through 2030, largely driven by the expansion of generative artificial intelligence.
Escala 24×7’s expertise extends to cutting-edge AI technologies, as evidenced by its recent selection as one of only 19 global partners to join the exclusive AWS Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance. This alliance aims to empower more customers to harness generative AI for innovation, productivity, and competitive advantage. Stefanini Group itself brings over 14 years of experience with generative AI to its clients.
