Salesforce Unveils Agentforce 360, Redefining Enterprise AI with New Agentic Support Standards

TLDR: Salesforce has launched Agentforce 360, a comprehensive platform designed to enable enterprises to build, control, and deploy AI agents at scale. Unveiled at the Dreamforce conference, this initiative aims to unify AI across all Salesforce applications, setting a new standard for agentic AI accessibility and support, and projecting significant revenue growth by fiscal 2030.

Salesforce has announced a significant leap in its artificial intelligence strategy with the unveiling of Agentforce 360, a new platform poised to redefine enterprise AI accessibility and support standards. Introduced at the Dreamforce conference in October 2025, Agentforce 360 is designed to empower businesses to more easily build, control, and deploy AI agents across their operations.

The platform represents the latest evolution of Agentforce, Salesforce’s agentic system first introduced in 2024. It integrates AI capabilities across the entire Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce Clouds, Slack, and Tableau. This unified approach aims to foster an ‘agentic enterprise’ where AI agents collaborate seamlessly with human counterparts, automate complex tasks, and proactively drive business outcomes.

Key features of Agentforce 360 include Agent Script, an expression language that allows developers to define agent logic and translate reasoning patterns into governable code. The Atlas Reasoning Engine has also been updated to facilitate hybrid reasoning and ensure reliable agent behavior. Furthermore, Agentforce Builder consolidates the entire build-test-deploy cycle into a single workspace, streamlining development. Salesforce stated that these platform upgrades are based on insights from over 12,000 Agentforce implementations.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff emphasized the transformative potential at Dreamforce, stating, “We’re entering a new era where every employee can have an AI agent working alongside them — co-piloting decisions, automating tasks and amplifying human creativity.” While acknowledging the potential for “leaner, more efficient organizations,” Benioff also insisted that AI would not eliminate jobs. Srini Tallapragada, president and chief engineering at Salesforce, highlighted the company’s focus on ensuring value is delivered quickly, noting, “Companies have invested a lot in AI, but they’re not getting the value.”

The company has ambitious financial targets, aiming for at least $60 billion in revenue by fiscal 2030, implying a 10% or higher organic compound growth rate. Salesforce also introduced a ’50 by FY30′ profitability yardstick, expecting the sum of its subscription and support constant-currency revenue growth rate and non-GAAP operating margin to equal 50 by the end of fiscal 2030. The data and AI annual recurring revenue (ARR) has already reached approximately $1.2 billion in the second quarter, growing by an impressive 120%.

Early deployments demonstrate significant returns on investment. For instance, Simple Modern, a drinkware brand, automated 79% of its support tickets with a 98% customer satisfaction rating, saving its six-person team 80 hours weekly—equivalent to two full-time employees. Their AI agent, ‘Hallie,’ went from setup to production in just one week. Salesforce leadership has expressed an ambition to deploy one billion AI agents by the end of 2025.

The move by Salesforce comes as other tech giants, including Google and Amazon, are also consolidating their agentic tools into unified platforms to accelerate adoption. Gartner predicts that more than two in five agentic AI projects will be scrapped by the end of 2027 due to escalating costs, unclear business value, and inadequate risk controls. Salesforce is positioning Agentforce 360 to bridge the gap between AI prototypes and production-ready enterprise systems.

Slack is also being positioned as an “agentic operating system,” serving as a conversational interface where AI agents, company data (supported by Data 360), and human teammates converge. Salesforce has also announced deeper partnerships, including an expanded collaboration with Anthropic, making Claude a preferred AI for regulated industries, and a new initiative with OpenAI for deeper integrations into ChatGPT.
