TLDR: RLWRLD, a global physical AI company, has been selected for the 2025 AWS Generative AI Accelerator program. This eight-week initiative will provide RLWRLD with up to $1 million in AWS credits, mentorship, and access to advanced AI infrastructure to further develop its RLDX 5-finger dexterity foundation model, aiming to bring human-level precision to robotic manipulation in manufacturing and logistics.
SEOUL, South Korea – RLWRLD, a pioneering physical AI company focused on developing robotics foundation models for human-level hand dexterity, announced today its selection for the highly competitive 2025 AWS Generative AI Accelerator program. This significant achievement positions RLWRLD among 40 global early-stage startups chosen by Amazon Web Services (AWS) to scale and grow their generative AI solutions.
The AWS Generative AI Accelerator is designed to identify and empower top startups leveraging generative AI to tackle complex challenges across various industries. Participants in the eight-week program, which commenced on October 14 in Seattle and will conclude at AWS re:Invent 2025 in Las Vegas this December, receive substantial support. This includes up to $1 million in AWS service credits, comprehensive mentorship, learning resources, and access to AWS’s cutting-edge generative AI technology stack. The program also provides crucial training in machine learning performance, stack optimization, and go-to-market strategies.
RLWRLD’s core mission is to redefine Physical AI by equipping robots with human-level hands and intelligence. The company is at the forefront of developing RLDX, touted as the industry’s first 5-finger dexterity foundation model. This innovative model is engineered to enable robots to manipulate complex, real-world tasks with unparalleled precision and adaptability, addressing critical labor shortages in offline sites.
To train RLDX, RLWRLD employs a sophisticated approach, capturing high-fidelity 4D+ multimodal real-world data from diverse environments such as factories, logistics hubs, and service settings. The company utilizes a novel architecture that seamlessly fuses vision, proprioception, and tactile sensing to achieve truly intelligent manipulation. By leveraging AWS’s robust compute and AI infrastructure, advanced training frameworks, and the accelerator’s expert mentorship, RLWRLD aims to train larger, more capable dexterity models, accelerate the transfer of simulations to real-world applications, and globally scale its ‘Labor-as-a-Service’ business model.
Jung-hee Ryu, Chief Executive Officer of RLWRLD, emphasized the importance of this selection, stating, “Being selected for the AWS Generative AI Accelerator is a pivotal moment for RLWRLD. Our mission is to redefine Physical AI by giving robots human-level hands and intelligence. AWS’s world-class cloud, AI services, and go-to-market support will help us expand RLDX, shorten development cycles, and bring dexterous automation to manufacturing and logistics worldwide.”
