Qualtrics Secures Dual Top-Tier Security Certifications for AI Systems, Reinforcing Trust in Responsible AI Deployment

PROVO, Utah and SEATTLE – September 3, 2025 – Qualtrics, a leader in experience management (XM), today announced it has been awarded two significant security certifications for its Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems: ISO IEC 42001:2023 and FedRAMP High authorization. These achievements underscore the company’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards of security, privacy, and ethical practices in the design, development, and deployment of AI.

The ISO IEC 42001:2023 certification marks Qualtrics as one of the first organizations globally to meet this new international standard for responsible AI. This certification provides critical third-party validation of Qualtrics’ robust frameworks and governance for AI across its Experience Management Platform®, ensuring trust for all industries adopting AI.

In parallel, Qualtrics has also secured FedRAMP High authorization for its AI capabilities within the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform.
