NEW YORK – Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading global provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, announced on August 5, 2025, a strategic collaboration with Nova Intelligence, a pioneer in multi-agent AI solutions for SAP Clean Core modernization. This partnership aims to significantly accelerate AI-driven SAP digital transformation projects for enterprise customers, facilitating quicker and more cost-effective migrations to SAP Cloud ERP and the modernization of existing SAP Cloud ERP systems to align with SAP Clean Core principles.
The collaboration will see Kyndryl integrate its extensive SAP modernization and data transformation services with Nova Intelligence’s advanced agentic AI solutions. This synergy is designed to support customers in their SAP Clean Core journey by transforming legacy custom code into modernized, compliant applications. Specifically, Kyndryl will utilize Nova Intelligence’s AI capabilities to document and analyze custom code, as well as to discover, build, and test modernized, Clean Core compliant, end-to-end solutions. The AI agents are engineered to accelerate the documentation, simplification, generation, and unit testing of custom code during SAP transformations.
