ISG Expands Prestigious Paragon Awards to Asia, Highlighting AI-Driven Collaborations

TLDR: Information Services Group (ISG) has announced the expansion of its renowned Paragon Awards program to Asia. This initiative aims to acknowledge and celebrate innovative sourcing partnerships that effectively utilize artificial intelligence (AI) and other advanced technologies to achieve significant, long-term business impact across the region. The awards will feature six categories, including a dedicated ‘AI Pacesetter’ award, with winners to be announced in Singapore on November 12.

KUALA LUMPUR, September 4, 2025 – Information Services Group (ISG), a leading global technology research and advisory firm, has officially announced the extension of its esteemed ISG Paragon Awards program into the Asian market. This strategic expansion is designed to spotlight and honor groundbreaking sourcing partnerships that harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and other cutting-edge technologies to deliver substantial and enduring business value.

According to a statement released by ISG, the awards program seeks to recognize collaborations that demonstrate innovation, transformation, and measurable impact within the rapidly evolving technology and business services landscape. Michael Gale, ISG partner and regional leader for Asia Pacific, emphasized the significance of this expansion, stating, “The strong and growing information technology (IT) and business services market in Asia deserves a dedicated programme to recognise excellence and innovation in the region’s sourcing industry.”

Mr. Gale further highlighted the regional context, noting that the program’s introduction aligns with a period of consistent quarter-on-quarter growth in managed services and a surge in enterprise investment in cloud services, particularly for deploying AI at scale.

Nominations for partnerships delivering services within Asia are currently open and will be accepted through September 19. It is important to note that partnerships in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) will continue to be recognized under the existing ISG ANZ Paragon Awards program.

The new Asia awards will encompass six distinct categories: Excellence, Innovation, Transformation, Sustainability, AI Pacesetter, and Partnership of the Year. Each submission will undergo a rigorous evaluation process by a panel of ISG advisers, with the ultimate winners being selected by an independent external judge.

The culmination of the program will be a gala awards dinner, scheduled to take place at the Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore on November 12, where the winners will be formally announced.
