NEW YORK – August 12, 2025 – Ethical Web AI, a subsidiary of Bubblr Inc. (OTC: BBLR), today unveiled a pivotal distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, a global leader in IT product and service distribution. This strategic alliance is set to significantly expand the market reach for Ethical Web AI’s flagship patented product, AI Vault, a groundbreaking solution designed to ensure data protection compliance for generative AI applications.
The announcement is coupled with the immediate release of AI Vault version 1.5 Beta, a substantial upgrade to the platform. AI Vault addresses a critical challenge faced by enterprises utilizing generative AI tools like ChatGPT: their inherent incompatibility with stringent data protection regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This incompatibility renders many generative AI applications fundamentally unsafe for use in regulated environments, a problem AI Vault aims to resolve by providing a compliant framework for AI data handling.
Ingram Micro, with its expansive global presence across approximately 160 countries and a customer base exceeding 200,000, will play a multifaceted role in this partnership. Initially, Ingram Micro will manage Ethical Web AI’s relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS), guiding the company in maximizing benefits from the AWS ecosystem, including new sales and funding opportunities. In the near future, Ingram Micro is also expected to directly market and resell AI Vault to its extensive client network, leveraging its robust supply chain and logistics infrastructure.
Steve Morris, CEO and founder of Ethical Web AI, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, ‘We are delighted to have secured an agreement with Ingram Micro to cement our route-to-market strategy. The combination of our AWS software partnership and this agreement with Ingram Micro will secure our route-to-market strategy, helping us achieve our goal of being cash flow positive within nine months.’ Morris also lauded the development team for their rapid delivery of the 1.5 Beta version, noting, ‘There was a tremendous amount of work completed to bring this version into production, and it was all completed within one month. I cannot thank the development team enough for delivering this essential product release in such a short timeframe. This work was essential to secure the Ingram Micro agreement and also to increase our total addressable market massively.’
