DXC Technology Appoints Anthony Pappas as Chief Marketing Officer to Drive Brand Transformation and AI-Driven Solutions

ASHBURN, Virginia – October 23, 2025 – DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a leading Fortune 500 global technology services provider, today announced the appointment of Anthony Pappas as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Pappas will report directly to President and CEO Raul Fernandez and is tasked with spearheading the company’s global marketing organization, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and strategic alignment with sales enablement initiatives. A key focus of his role will be to amplify DXC’s narrative around its AI-driven enterprise solutions.

Anthony Pappas brings over three decades of global marketing experience to DXC. Over the past six months, he has already played a pivotal role within the company as Vice President of Business Leadership, contributing significantly to the redefinition of DXC’s brand identity and market positioning for the future. His appointment as CMO marks a strategic move to further solidify DXC’s market presence and accelerate innovation.

Before joining DXC, Pappas held various board roles and served as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Creative Officer, advising numerous clients. Notably, he was the President and Chief Creative Officer of DMI’s Global Brand Marketing and Customer Experience division, where he successfully transformed it into the company’s top-performing profit center. Earlier in his career, Pappas founded Pappas Group, a full-service creative agency, which he built from the ground up and later successfully sold to DMI. Under his leadership, Pappas Group collaborated with prominent brands such as AARP, Discovery Channel, Hilton, Toyota, Under Armour, and Volkswagen.
