Melbourne, Australia – Australian technology consultancy DiUS has announced a new strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) aimed at accelerating the adoption of generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This partnership builds upon a long-standing relationship between the two companies, with DiUS being an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner since 2012.

DiUS has a proven track record of pioneering new technologies in the region, having been the first partner in Australia and New Zealand to achieve the AWS Machine Learning Competency and the first in Asia Pacific and Japan to attain the AWS Applied AI Competency. This new agreement will focus on leveraging AWS’s cutting-edge GenAI services, such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker, to develop and deploy scalable and secure AI solutions for enterprise clients.

The collaboration is set to address the growing demand from organizations to move beyond the experimental phase of AI and implement practical applications that drive business value. DiUS will utilize its deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and cloud-native development to help clients identify high-impact use cases, build proofs-of-concept, and scale GenAI solutions into production.

Joe Losinno, co-founder and CEO of DiUS, has previously emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation and its strong partnership with AWS. While no new official quote has been released, in a previous statement, he said, “Our strong partnership with AWS has also allowed us to leverage the latest advancements in AI services, and understand how those technologies can drive competitive advantage for our clients.” This sentiment is more relevant than ever with the advent of generative AI.
