(DAA), is set to finalize by late August 2025, pending regulatory approvals under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.
DDC Solutions, based in San Diego, California, is renowned for its cutting-edge cooling systems specifically designed for AI data centers. The company’s portfolio includes patented S-Series v4 cabinet technology, capable of supporting up to 100 kW air cooling and ready for liquid-to-chip cooling exceeding 1MW per cabinet.
