His tenure involved leading the firm’s global legal technology strategy, where he was instrumental in designing, building, and deploying innovative solutions, including advanced Generative AI (GenAI) tools, across a vast network of 4,000 legal professionals in over 80 jurisdictions. Thomas is recognized for his unique blend of expertise, combining a decade of hands-on leadership in legal innovation and technology with a background as a former software engineer and corporate lawyer. The Financial Times has previously acknowledged him as one of the world’s top 10 Legal Engineers/Legal Technologists.
In addition to Thomas, ContractPodAi has welcomed Umang Jain as Executive Vice President of Technology and Product Management.
