CHICAGO, AMSTERDAM, & TOKYO – September 2, 2025 – Leading management and technology consultancies BearingPoint and ABeam Consulting today announced the formation of a new strategic joint venture in the United States. Operating under the name BearingPoint NA LLC and headquartered in Chicago, the new entity is poised to become a significant force in SAP consulting and digital transformation.
The core mission of BearingPoint NA LLC is to provide end-to-end SAP consulting and implementation services, notably incorporating SAP Business AI solutions, for clients throughout the Americas. This initiative builds upon an enhanced alliance structure established in July 2025, which broadened the capabilities of both firms to offer seamless global business transformation services across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
The joint venture is structured with a shared investment and a joint leadership model, designed to deliver scalable, high-impact SAP-focused transformation programs with both local relevance and global reach. It will cater to a diverse client base spanning American, European, and Japanese markets, with a particular emphasis on key sectors such as Automotive & Industrial, Chemicals, Life Sciences & Resources, and Consumer Goods & Retail.
BearingPoint NA LLC will offer a full spectrum of SAP services, encompassing business consulting, technical implementation, managed services, and IP-based product offerings. The goal is to establish itself as the preferred SAP partner for upper mid-sized and large clients in the U.S., leveraging the extensive industry expertise, delivery capabilities, and proven transformation assets of both parent companies.
With a combined experience of delivering over 1,500 SAP projects across 78 countries, BearingPoint, an SAP Gold Partner and multi-award winner, joins forces with ABeam Consulting, known for its strong SAP presence in Asia.
