Alan Scott Enterprises Announces ‘Zynd Aickathon’ to Drive Ethical AI Innovation in India

TLDR: Alan Scott Enterprises, through its subsidiary Alan Scott Omnis AI Pvt Ltd, is set to host ‘Zynd Aickathon,’ an online AI hackathon from November 10, 2025, to February 10, 2026. The event aims to challenge Indian students to develop intelligent, collaborative, and ethical AI systems, focusing on agentic commerce and real-world problem-solving.

Mumbai, India – Alan Scott Enterprises Limited (BSE: 539115), a diversified innovation-driven holding company, has officially announced the ‘Zynd Aickathon,’ a nationwide online AI hackathon. Organized through its subsidiary, Alan Scott Omnis AI Pvt Ltd, the event is scheduled to run from November 10, 2025, to February 10, 2026, culminating in a grand finale and prize ceremony in New Delhi.

The hackathon is designed to inspire and challenge the next generation of Indian innovators to create intelligent, collaborative, and ethical AI systems. It targets engineering, AI/ML, management, and design students, who will participate in teams of two to four. Over 1,000 students from more than 40 colleges, including prestigious institutions like IIT Delhi, IIIT Delhi, IIT Mandi, and IIT Ropar, are expected to join this initiative.

The central theme for the Zynd Aickathon is “From Isolated Agents to Intelligent Networks.” Participants will be tasked with designing prototypes using the Zynd Protocol, an advanced interoperability framework that facilitates AI agents to authenticate, connect, and collaborate autonomously. This protocol is intended to enable AI solutions for complex problems across critical sectors such as healthcare, governance, and sustainability.

Entries will be rigorously judged on several key criteria: innovation, real-world applicability, integration with Zynd principles, technical execution, and ethical impact. The hackathon is structured around four specific challenge categories: workplace fairness, emergency healthcare coordination, public-policy navigation, and disaster response.

James Chacko, Managing Director of Alan Scott Omnis AI Pvt Ltd, emphasized the company’s vision, stating, “Omnis AI is committed to incubating AI start-ups around agentic commerce — where AI agents exchange skills, knowledge and trust to create value. Zynd Aickathon is our open call for student innovators to build this future with us.”

Suresh Jain, Managing Director of Alan Scott Enterprises Ltd, further elaborated on the company’s philosophy: “At Alan Scott, we see AI not as automation but as collaboration. Zynd Aickathon invites India’s youth to build intelligent networks that combine purpose with performance — turning technology into trust and innovation into impact.”
