The company plans to invest $1 million over the next 12-18 months to double its regional scale by March 2026, aiming to expand its user base to over 2 million, particularly in high-growth markets like Vietnam and Thailand. This strategic move follows successful funding rounds totaling $3.7 million.

Felicity Games, a prominent Indian AI-enabled game technology developer and publisher, is significantly expanding its global footprint with the establishment of its new Southeast Asia (SEA) headquarters in Singapore. Operating under the entity Felicity Labs Pte. Ltd., this strategic expansion is set to bolster the company’s presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing gaming markets.

The company has outlined ambitious plans, including a targeted 2x growth by March 2026, aiming to double its scale within the region. To achieve this, Felicity Games intends to invest a substantial $1 million over the next 12 to 18 months. This investment will be directed towards building a robust leadership team, expanding its talent pool, and deepening market penetration across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

A key objective of the Singapore expansion is to significantly increase Felicity Games’ regional user base to over 2 million. The company will place a strategic focus on high-growth markets such as Vietnam and Thailand, recognizing their immense potential in the mobile gaming sector. Felicity Games currently maintains operations in India and Türkiye, with Singapore now serving as a pivotal hub for its Southeast Asian ambitions.

Anurag Choudhary, Founder & CEO of Felicity Games, emphasized the strategic importance of this move, stating, ‘APAC is home to 1.5 billion gamers and a $70B market becoming one of the fastest growing regions globally, and we see this as a pivotal opportunity to build the future of gaming in the region.’ He further added, ‘This expansion with Singapore, will strengthen our ability to engage with local talent, partners, and communities in a region that has immense potential and is at the forefront of gaming innovation.’

Felicity Games has demonstrated strong financial momentum, having successfully raised a total of $3.7 million across two funding rounds. This includes a $700,000 pre-seed round in July 2024, followed by a $3 million seed round led by notable investors such as 3one4 Capital, MIXI Global, and T-Accelerate Capital.
