Graas.ai, a Singapore-headquartered company specializing in AI-native data and automation for e-commerce, has announced the successful closure of its pre-Series B funding round, securing over USD 9 million. The investment was spearheaded by Tin Men Capital, with significant participation from Incred Wealth, Orzon, and existing investors Integra Partners and Yuj Ventures.
The newly acquired capital is earmarked for the establishment of ‘Agent Foundry’ in India. This proprietary platform is designed to build and deploy autonomous agents that will empower e-commerce brands to automate key business operations. The primary objectives of this initiative include reducing customer acquisition costs, optimizing pricing strategies, safeguarding profit margins, and enhancing inventory management efficiency.
Prem Bhatia, Co-founder and CEO of Graas.ai, emphasized the company’s vision, stating, “Commerce does not need another AI copilot or prettier dashboard. It needs agents that actually run the play. We have spent two years building the data backbone, and now with Agent Foundry, we are helping brands act on it. This multi-agent framework allows us to create bespoke agents solving commerce’s toughest problems.”
Founded in 2022 by Prem Bhatia and Ashwin Puri, Graas.ai focuses on replacing fragmented dashboards, disconnected tools, and manual workflows with intelligent agents that can observe, decide, and execute autonomously. These advanced agents boast integration capabilities with over 100 platforms, encompassing various marketplaces, direct-to-consumer websites, and advertising channels across India and Southeast Asia.
