TLDR: MindHYVE.ai™ and TechMindset Africa have officially launched ArthurAI, a groundbreaking AGI-powered education platform, through a strategic partnership aimed at revolutionizing learning across Africa. The initiative, which follows a Memorandum of Understanding signed in June 2025, integrates MindHYVE.ai’s decentralized agentic technologies into TechMindset Africa’s AI learning ecosystem, with a pilot program already underway at Daystar University in Kenya.
NAIROBI, Kenya and NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – In a significant stride towards transforming the educational landscape across Africa, MindHYVE.ai™ and TechMindset Africa have jointly announced the official launch of ArthurAI. This innovative AGI-powered education platform is set to redefine learning experiences across the continent, marking a pivotal moment in their strategic collaboration.
The launch of ArthurAI is the culmination of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on June 5, 2025, between Bill Faruki, Founder & CEO of MindHYVE.ai™, and Joan Mbesya, Founder & Group CEO of TechMindset Africa. The partnership is designed to seamlessly integrate MindHYVE.ai™’s advanced decentralized agentic technologies into TechMindset Africa’s comprehensive AI learning ecosystem, which includes bootcamps, courseware, and interactive laboratories.
Joan Mbesya emphasized the broader impact of this initiative, stating, “This is more than a launch; it’s a movement toward equitable AI access and next-gen capacity building. We are honored to co-lead this with MindHYVE.ai™, starting with our pilot deployment in Kenya.” This sentiment underscores the commitment of both organizations to foster inclusive technological advancement.
The initial phase of this ambitious project has already commenced with a pilot program at Daystar University in Kenya. This pilot involves an inaugural cohort of 10 learners, with the ultimate goal of achieving institutional adoption across the university. The program will rigorously test the platform’s capabilities in delivering real-time personalization and multilingual agentic learning through Ava-Education™, which is powered by ArthurAI.
Further elaborating on the pilot’s strategic importance, Joan Mbesya added, “We’re aligning closely with Daystar leadership to deepen engagement and scale. Our vision is to extend this model to more African institutions in alignment with the African Union’s digital education agenda.” This highlights a clear roadmap for expanding ArthurAI’s reach and impact.
ArthurAI is envisioned as a catalyst for continental AI literacy. The collaboration extends to the establishment of AI Learning Hubs, which will be equipped with federated learning tools and robust ethical governance frameworks. These hubs are designed to support localized innovation and ensure scalable implementation across various regions.
