Vivid Money Unveils AI-Powered Digital Workforce to Boost SME Productivity

Vivid Money, a prominent European financial platform catering to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and freelancers, has introduced an innovative solution to combat the estimated €61 billion productivity deficit plaguing European SMEs. The company officially launched its AI-powered Digital Employees on October 24, 2025, a strategic move to empower small businesses with advanced technological capabilities.

These new AI assistants are designed to significantly boost productivity, with Vivid Money claiming that companies can increase their efficiency by 1.3 times. Furthermore, the digital workforce is projected to save businesses up to 13 hours of productive time per week and reduce monthly operating costs by as much as €4,000. This initiative marks a significant step in making generative AI a tangible asset for small businesses, moving beyond abstract potential to deliver concrete gains.

Vivid Money’s offering includes three specialized AI assistants, each with distinct roles and responsibilities, designed to work and communicate like human employees:

Anna (AI Personal Assistant): Focuses on organizational tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, drafting emails, and planning workflows. Anna aims to streamline daily operations and ensure no critical appointments are overlooked.

Lucas (AI Financial Assistant): Specializes in financial management, handling invoices, processing payments, monitoring cash flow, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

Emma (AI Marketing Assistant): Dedicated to marketing efforts, developing strategies, creating content, managing social media presence, and analyzing campaign performance.

Alexander Emeshev, Co-Founder of Vivid Money, emphasized the strategic importance of this launch, stating, “This year we have already launched treasury, tax solutions, travel management, and card terminals – and now our Digital Employees. This speed has a clear reason: German SMEs urgently need relief.
