This new leadership role underscores Zeno’s commitment to fostering a culture of experimentation and delivering client-centric solutions. The announcement, made on September 3, 2025, highlights the agency’s strategic focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to drive transformative results.
Prior to joining Zeno, D’Onofrio held the position of Senior Director of Creative Technology at Lippincott, a global branding consultancy. In that role, he was instrumental in developing advanced AI and emerging technology capabilities, and in reimagining digital experiences for prominent financial institutions. His extensive background includes a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation projects across diverse sectors such as healthcare, transportation, and industrial, working with some of the world’s most recognized brands.
In his newly created position at Zeno, D’Onofrio will be responsible for a comprehensive portfolio of AI and innovation initiatives. These initiatives are structured around five distinct strategic pillars: AI Education and Literacy, Workflow Automation and Integration, Product Development, Governance and Ethics, and Thought Leadership.

By converting these signals into actionable insights, GEOfluent aims to enhance discoverability, strengthen authority, and protect brand credibility. Persona Intelligence, leveraging Zeno’s decade-long “The Human Project,” is another key offering.
