Zeno Group Unveils New AI Culture Change Center to Guide Organizational Transformation

TLDR: Zeno Group has launched its AI Culture Change Center, a global initiative aimed at helping companies navigate the complexities of AI deployment by focusing on responsible, people-centered transformation, addressing challenges like fragmented adoption and lack of internal communication.

Zeno Group has announced the establishment of its new AI Culture Change Center, a global offering designed to assist organizations in fostering responsible, cohesive, and people-centered transformation amidst the rapid integration of artificial intelligence. This initiative aims to address the growing concerns among corporate leaders regarding disjointed AI adoption, underdeveloped governance frameworks, and insufficient internal communication to guide employees through this technological shift.

The Center brings together a diverse team of global experts specializing in organizational change, employee engagement, leadership alignment, digital governance, risk management, and AI technology. It leverages Zeno’s extensive global network and collaborates with external specialists in AI ethics, behavioral science, and change enablement.

Mark Shadle, Global Managing Director of Corporate Affairs and Chief Reputation Strategist for Zeno Group, emphasized the profound impact of AI, stating, “AI poses the biggest change management challenge in a generation or more, rivaling the seismic change prompted by the rise of the Internet.” He further highlighted that success in this new era will belong to companies that adopt AI with ‘clarity, transparency, and cultural conviction,’ rather than merely those that adopt it fastest.

The Zeno AI Culture Change Center is specifically tailored to support Chief Communications Officers (CCOs) and senior business leaders who are tasked with aligning technological advancements with organizational culture, trust, and strategic objectives. The Center addresses a critical gap, as many companies currently overemphasize technological solutions while underinvesting in the human element crucial for driving transformation. According to Gallup, only 22% of employees report that their company has communicated a clear AI plan.

Anne DeAngelis, Head of Zeno Employee Engagement, underscored the cultural aspect of AI integration: “Too often, AI is framed as a technology issue when it’s fundamentally a culture issue.” She added that CCOs are presented with a generational challenge and opportunity to ‘build the bridge between AI ambition and organizational trust,’ and the Center provides them with the necessary counsel and tools to lead this charge.

Based on Zeno’s proprietary AI Culture Change Framework, the Center offers communications leaders an AI- and change-focused approach. It aims to help organizations articulate a unifying and compelling narrative about AI’s future role and embed this story across all levels of the enterprise to engage employees. The new advisory offering will also provide clients with ongoing insights into best practices across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology, along with access to future Zeno research on AI change.
