This investment, which grants Portage a minority equity stake, elevates Xceedance’s total capital raised, encompassing both equity and debt, to approximately $100 million.
This milestone represents Xceedance’s inaugural institutional equity financing since its establishment in 2013. The newly acquired capital is earmarked to fuel the company’s expanding suite of AI-enabled solutions and to finance strategic acquisitions of insurance-focused service providers.
