Park Min-jun, previously Wrtn’s head of planning and strategy, has been appointed as the chief of Wrtn AX CIC. Under his leadership, the CIC aims to foster a ‘productivity breakthrough’ by integrating advanced AI technologies optimized for each organization’s unique characteristics and operational demands. “With the full-fledged push into the AX business, we are accelerating hiring for AI agent developers,” stated Park Min-jun. “As many AX collaboration projects are underway, additional results will continue to follow.”
Wrtn AX will offer a multi-faceted approach to AI transformation, including education and consulting services to guide institutions through successful AI adoption. It will also provide a specialized Wrtn platform designed for corporate and educational environments. Customer Support: A remarkable 73% reduction in total labor hours and a 35% increase in productivity were observed after implementing AI agents. These agents handle automatic replies, proactively respond to inquiries based on RAG, and automate tasks like refunds and reservations through system integration.
Finance: Automation of processes from product receipt confirmation and invoice review to payroll and financial statement preparation led to a 21% boost in productivity.
Development: Front-end agents, which analyze UI design and automate code writing and API integration, increased productivity by 15% and reduced working hours by 28%. Back-end agents, capable of generating API and DB designs and code from natural language commands, saw a 28% productivity increase and a 55% reduction in working hours.
Overall, Wrtn reported that the use of its in-house developed AI agents resulted in a 15% to 35% increase in productivity across related internal departments.
