TLDR: Witbe is set to introduce its groundbreaking Agentic AI solution and showcase advancements in test automation at IBC2025 in Amsterdam. This new intelligent automation system aims to enhance testing, monitoring, and collaboration for video service providers, enabling them to deliver high-quality experiences at scale amidst the evolving complexities of modern video delivery. The company will also highlight its Virtual NOC and a collaboration with TAG Video Systems for comprehensive source-to-screen monitoring.
Witbe, a leading provider of automated testing and monitoring solutions, is poised to unveil its innovative Agentic AI platform and a suite of new technologies at the upcoming IBC2025 exhibition, scheduled to take place in Amsterdam from September 12 to 15, 2025. This strategic move aims to address the growing industry demand for enhanced Quality of Experience (QoE) monitoring in the rapidly evolving broadcast and streaming landscape.
The centerpiece of Witbe’s presentation will be its Agentic AI solution, described as a significant leap forward in automation for video service providers. According to Marie-Véronique Lacaze, Co-founder and President at Witbe, “This year, we’re proud to introduce Witbe Agentic AI, a defining step forward for our industry. It’s about giving providers the power to deliver the highest-quality experiences at scale while making testing and monitoring more intelligent and collaborative for the evolving challenges of modern video delivery.”
The Agentic AI system is designed to expand the capabilities of automated testing and monitoring for video service providers. It is developed with a “Gen-AI-first, human-in-the-loop architecture” that seamlessly integrates human expertise with machine learning. This approach is expected to dramatically reduce manual effort, offer high adaptability, and enable Quality Assurance (QA) teams to keep pace with the rapid evolution and complexity of today’s streaming services. The platform introduces adaptive, goal-oriented agents that make workflows smarter, more flexible, and easier to scale.
Mathieu Planche, CEO at Witbe, emphasized the transformative potential of Agentic AI, stating, “Agentic AI represents an important evolution of our technology. It doesn’t replace automation – it enhances it. By adding intelligence and adaptability, we’re helping our customers scale their testing and monitoring with greater efficiency and confidence.” He added that the platform brings “scalable, autonomous testing and monitoring to the entire video industry, boosting our technology to deliver unprecedented precision across real test devices and markets.”
In addition to Agentic AI, Witbe will showcase several other technological advancements at IBC2025. Among these is the Virtual NOC, an advanced, collaborative workspace accessible from any web browser. This platform enables broadcasters and service providers to remotely test, monitor, and troubleshoot across a wide range of real devices, from legacy set-top boxes to the latest smart TVs and applications. The Virtual NOC provides real-time user experience insights through an intuitive mosaic view, customizable dashboards, and scenario automation, with updates including an improved interface and expanded user permissions.
Another key highlight will be Witbe’s collaboration with TAG Video Systems, which delivers comprehensive source-to-screen monitoring. This integration, which demonstrated its reliability during the 2025 American football championship final, combines Witbe’s real-device testing with TAG’s content matching and latency tracking. This unified view of the video delivery chain is crucial for quickly detecting and resolving issues.
Furthermore, Witbe will demonstrate its Ad Monitoring and Ad Matching technology, designed to identify and resolve advertising delivery problems in FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming TV), AVOD (Advertising-based Video On Demand), and live content streams. The company will also present its Video Mobile Automation solution, a plug-and-play tool for seamless testing on real mobile devices, supporting real-time performance monitoring across short-form and vertical content to ensure optimal playback, availability, and buffering across all screens.
