Vibe.co Secures €42 Million in Series B Funding to Revolutionize TV Advertising with AI-Powered Hyper-Targeting

TLDR: French AdTech firm Vibe.co has successfully raised €42 million in Series B funding. This significant investment will fuel the company’s mission to deliver AI-powered, hyper-targeted advertising solutions to the television market, aiming to transform connected TV into a performance marketing channel.

Paris and New York-based AdTech innovator Vibe.co has announced the successful closure of a €42 million Series B financing round, elevating its total valuation to €349 million. This substantial capital injection is set to accelerate the company’s efforts in bringing AI-powered, hyper-targeted advertising to connected TV (CTV) for performance marketers.

The funding round was spearheaded by Hedosophia, with continued participation from existing investors such as Singular and Elaia. Notable new backers include Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky’s fund QuantumLight, Supercell CEO Ilkaa Paananen’s fund Illusian, and a roster of angel investors, including Carolyn Everson, a Board Member of The Walt Disney Company and Coca-Cola. Further strengthening its leadership, Nirav Tolia, CEO of Nextdoor and Non-Executive Chairman at Hedosophia, has joined Vibe.co’s board of directors.

Arthur Querou, CEO and Co-founder of Vibe.co, expressed strong confidence in the market’s trajectory, stating, “The performance TV advertising market is on track to surpass social media advertising by 2035, driven by an influx of DTC brands and Instagram advertisers. It’s a trillion-dollar market and we are leading the industry forward.” He further elaborated on the company’s vision, describing their ambition as building “the Meta for TV advertising, powered by transactional data, hyper-targeting.”

Vibe.co’s platform empowers brands to generate ad creatives through Vibe Studio, its proprietary AI-powered video editor. The company is already a significant player in AI-generated content, with over 10% of the ad creatives running on its platform currently being AI-generated. Vibe.co projects this figure to rise to over 30% by the end of 2026.

The newly secured capital will be strategically deployed to advance Vibe.co’s proprietary AI product roadmap. This includes enhancing generative and agentic AI capabilities for media buying and creative production, as well as expanding yield management tools for publishers. Additionally, the company plans to deepen its integrations with streaming partners and measurement providers as it scales its platform across the U.S.

This Series B round is particularly noteworthy in 2025, given the relatively few recent funding rounds in the adjacent CTV and AdTech sectors. It underscores both robust investor interest in Vibe.co’s innovative approach and the scarcity of comparable deals in the European market.
