TLDR: Renesandro AI, a Ukrainian startup, has developed a full-cycle AI-based platform that enables brands to create, test, and scale ad creatives ten times faster without increasing team size. Founded by Stanislav Kravets, the B2B SaaS platform automates static and video ad generation, deepfakes, localization, and bulk export, targeting tech companies with significant ad budgets. The company, which launched its MVP in February 2025, aims for $30,000 MRR by year-end and is developing an ‘agentic, emergent performance marketing system.’
Ukrainian startup Renesandro AI is poised to transform the digital advertising landscape with its innovative, full-cycle AI-based platform designed to accelerate the creation, testing, and scaling of ad creatives. The company’s solution promises to enable brands to achieve these processes ten times faster, all without the need to expand their existing teams.
Founded by solo-founder and CEO Stanislav Kravets, who brings over five years of experience in marketing and product management from Genesis Tech and Universe Apps, Renesandro AI emerged from a clear market need. Kravets observed in late 2023 that global CPMs (Cost Per Mille) were rising while CTRs (Click-Through Rates) were falling. Simultaneously, generative AI presented an opportunity to drastically reduce ad creation expenses. This confluence of factors, he noted, posed a significant challenge for large, inflexible ad tech giants like Celtra, Smartly, and Adobe, whose traditional product logic struggles to adapt to generative AI. Kravets stated, «The giants’ collapse directly fuels rapid ascent for flexible, smaller teams.»
His vision was to automate creative production, from brainstorming and templated asset generation to bulk-editing. The initial hurdle of high content creation costs and manual asset searches by designers was overcome with the advent of generative AI. Kravets emphasized the core challenge: «top-performing creatives are scarce and quickly deplete their power.» He added, «High creative volume becomes critical. Without automation, this directly impacts growth speed and burdens creative teams with heavy resource demands. We empower 10x faster creative production and testing.» The startup officially launched in October 2023 and currently operates with a team of nine professionals.
Renesandro AI’s B2B web platform leverages AI to automate the generation and testing of both static and video ad creatives for performance marketing teams. Its capabilities include producing countless creative variations with minimal clicks, iterating generated visuals using premium Figma templates, transforming static creatives into dynamic AI avatars, generating deepfakes from video references, localizing text and audio with subtitle support, streamlining editing and bulk export to Google Drive, and instantly launching hundreds of Meta creatives across WEB, iOS, or Android flows.
The platform primarily targets tech companies with monthly ad budgets exceeding $50,000, helping them identify top-performing creatives more rapidly, reduce team burnout, and avoid expansion. Key users include CEOs, CMOs, and Marketing/Growth Heads. Renesandro AI has already undergone testing with 10 companies, offering monthly subscriptions ranging from $1,500 to $2,500.
Kravets shared insights into the company’s early development: «The initial seven or eight months were lean: just me and a designer. We rigorously tested creative automation scripts with HolyWater, a flagship Genesis company. We then initiated developer hiring to build a robust web product for wider company adoption. This stage took about six months.» The MVP was released in February 2025, followed by corporate client testing, which resulted in six clients from 13 demos. The company is currently experiencing high demand, with over 70 demo requests in the current month.
According to Stanislav Kravets’ data, Renesandro AI operates within a substantial market. The Total Addressable Market (TAM) for Global B2B SaaS Digital Ad Spending is estimated at $645 billion with a 10% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR). The Serviceable Available Market (SAM) for B2B Marketing Tech is $14.2 billion (13% CAGR), and for GenAI Content Creation / B2B Content Management Platforms, it’s $19.4 billion. The Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) for B2B Creatives and Campaigns Management Platforms is $5.2 billion with a 12% CAGR.
The business model is a B2B SaaS offering unlimited monthly generations via subscription. Following its initial launch in Ukraine, Renesandro AI plans to scale with a primary focus on the US, Canadian, British, and Australian markets.
While Kravets has kept his personal investment undisclosed, he noted that early revenue generation has «covered over 70% of expenses.» The company is currently not pursuing equity rounds, with an immediate target of securing $50,000–$100,000 in non-equity investment.
Looking ahead, Renesandro AI’s critical target for this year is to achieve $30,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). Kravets revealed ambitious plans: «We’re developing an agentic, emergent performance marketing system, one that self-evolves like consciousness, managing the complete marketing loop.» This system encompasses market analysis, insight gathering, hypothesis development, creative generation, testing on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, outcome analysis, hypothesis iteration, and scaling best performers.
