In a significant move to bolster India’s Artificial Intelligence landscape, Team Computers, a leading IT solutions provider, and Yotta Data Services, a premier sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure company, announced a strategic partnership on August 26, 2025. This collaboration is designed to make enterprise-grade AI accessible, scalable, and affordable for businesses across the nation.
The alliance brings together Team Computers’ extensive industry expertise, spanning sectors such as banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), healthcare, government, and manufacturing, with Yotta’s robust GPU-powered Shakti Cloud and hyperscale infrastructure. This synergy is expected to create a powerful joint platform for rapid AI deployment in India, significantly lowering the barriers to AI adoption for enterprises seeking digital transformation at speed and scale.
The partnership will concentrate on four key areas:
1. AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS): Offering ready-to-use solutions that bundle compute resources, tools, and essential services.
2. AI Infrastructure at Scale: Developing large-scale GPU-powered infrastructure to support complex AI workloads for enterprises.
3. Use-Case Enablement: Creating sector-specific AI solutions, including natural language processing (NLP), fraud detection, diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and document AI.
4. Generative AI Development: Collaborating on the creation of Indic language models and domain-specific generative AI applications on Yotta’s Shakti Cloud.

Notably, Yotta Data Services was empaneled under the India AI Mission in February, a government initiative focused on strengthening the country’s AI capabilities. Yotta is contributing over 50% of the AI Mission’s GPU computing capacity, which will be accessible through the upcoming India AI Mission portal.
