FREMONT, Calif. & CLEARWATER, Fla. – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) today announced a significant evolution in its artificial intelligence (AI) go-to-market strategy with the launch of the AI Pioneers Program. This specialized apprenticeship initiative in North America aims to tackle the growing AI skills gap by nurturing emerging AI/ML talent and empowering partners with practical, real-world AI use cases.
The AI Pioneers Program is a cornerstone of TD SYNNEX’s comprehensive Destination: AI™ approach, which seeks to unite OEMs, cloud providers, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to deliver customized, scalable AI solutions that yield measurable business outcomes. The first cohort of the program, which commenced earlier this year, comprised 16 students specializing in AI/ML, computer science, and data science.
Participants in the program work closely with TD SYNNEX pre-sales engineers, dedicated business mentors, and technical experts from NVIDIA. Their collaborative efforts focus on developing repeatable AI use cases, utilizing NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, including NVIDIA NIM microservices and NVIDIA Blueprints tailored to specific applications. These use cases serve as tangible examples, simplifying the process for partners to develop their own proven and scalable AI solutions.

The 2025 class of AI Pioneers has already developed several innovative use cases, including:
Agentic Platform for Hospitality & Entertainment: A digital assistant powered by dynamic AI agents, designed to provide real-time, context-aware support, thereby enhancing guest experiences and optimizing operational efficiency across various sectors like hospitality, entertainment, tourism, and events.
Knowledge Knode: An AI-driven platform that integrates enterprise data and intelligently routes inquiries to the most relevant knowledge sources, streamlining accessibility and improving decision-making processes.
Agent-based Emergency Response Platform: An adaptable, agent-based system aimed at improving situational awareness and accelerating incident response by coordinating resources and procedures in real-time to safeguard lives and property.
According to TD SYNNEX’s most recent ‘Direction of Technology’ report, a significant 75% of partners acknowledge AI as crucial for their future growth. However, nearly half of these partners face challenges in implementing AI solutions due to a shortage of skilled talent. The AI Pioneers program directly addresses this critical talent gap, extending the impact of the broader Destination: AI initiative.
