Astreya Launches Next Generation of Enterprise AI Agents to Transform Operational Insights into Action

TLDR: Astreya, a leading AI-First global IT managed services provider, has introduced a new wave of enterprise AI agents. These agents are designed to convert operational data into actionable insights and facilitate rapid responses, making AI and automation more accessible for businesses and driving measurable results across IT, cloud, and workplace environments.

Astreya, a prominent AI-First global IT managed services provider, announced on November 13, 2025, the launch of its new generation of enterprise AI agents. This initiative aims to accelerate the accessibility of AI and automation for businesses, transforming operational signals into real insights and enabling rapid action. The company is publishing these ready-to-use AI agents across multiple marketplaces, including the ServiceNow Store, to help organizations adopt AI faster and achieve measurable results.

The introduction of these AI agents reflects Astreya’s commitment to enhancing efficiency, reducing manual workloads, and fostering smarter operations across various domains, including cloud, workplace, and IT environments. Romil Bahl, CEO of Astreya, highlighted a common challenge in the industry: “Most enterprises are still experimenting with AI in isolated pilots. The problem is that those efforts rarely scale. They stay in the lab, disconnected from the systems that drive real work. That means missed efficiency gains, higher costs, and teams carrying more manual effort than they should.” Astreya’s new agents are designed to overcome this by integrating AI directly into operational workflows.

Astreya has already released four production-ready AI solutions, powered by 21 specialized agents and advanced large language models, on the ServiceNow Store. These solutions are specifically tailored to empower IT teams, enabling them to resolve issues more quickly, eliminate repetitive tasks, and significantly boost productivity. This allows IT professionals to dedicate their efforts to higher-value, strategic initiatives that contribute to business growth.

The company’s dedication to AI innovation is further demonstrated by its recent participation and success in various AI-focused events. Astreya served as a Prize Partner at A2HACKFEST 2K25 in Bengaluru and actively participated in Google Cloud’s Agentic AI Day Hackathon, one of India’s largest developer events. In the latter, all four of Astreya’s teams ranked among the top 700 submissions out of over 9,100 entries and 57,000 participants. Notably, Astreya’s “Soup Developers” team advanced to the Top 15 finalists, placing them among the top one percent of global submissions. Their innovative concept involved a modular ecosystem of 20 specialized AI agents aimed at redefining financial planning through automated budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, market research, and investment strategy. This project was particularly distinguished by its use of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which facilitates agents’ access to real-time financial data, simulation of complex market scenarios, and delivery of personalized insights aligned with user objectives.

Among the specific AI solutions highlighted are:

TicketLens (Newly Published): A certified AI solution that provides unified, single-pane insights across incidents and linked records, improving root cause analysis and resolution efficiency in dynamic ticketing environments.

Astraix: A proactive IT assistant capable of analyzing images of issues to identify problems, recommend dynamic knowledge articles, trigger automated actions, and predictively assign incidents to the appropriate support groups.
