Independence, Ohio – Redwood Living, Inc. proudly announced its remarkable achievements in the 2025 ORA® (Online Reputation Assessment) Power Rankings and the esteemed Einstein Best of Awards. The company secured the #8 position in the Division III Power Rankings for ORA®, marking a significant five-spot improvement from the previous year. Concurrently, Redwood also garnered top-three rankings across all categories in the Einstein Best of Awards, which recognizes excellence in multifamily operational performance.
The ORA® rankings, compiled by J Turner Research, are a comprehensive evaluation of the online reputation of over 150,000 multifamily properties nationwide. Utilizing a proprietary scoring system ranging from 0 to 100, the ORA score aggregates resident feedback, reviews, and social media presence to provide a clear measure of a property’s online standing. Redwood achieved an impressive ORA score of 80.99, placing it eighth among companies managing 10,000-19,999 units within Division III.
Complementing the ORA® recognition, the 2025 Division Ranking Einstein Best of Awards specifically honor top-performing multifamily companies across Divisions II to V. These awards assess five critical operational areas: Customer Service, Communication, Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Security. The basis for these awards is an in-depth analysis of over 12 million open-ended feedback reviews collected over the past 12 months. Notably, J Turner Research employs its AI-powered categorization tool, ‘Einstein,’ to skillfully categorize these reviews into 22 operational areas, providing unique insights into the quality of company operations.
Mike VanGelder, EVP of property operations at Redwood, commented on the achievements, stating, “Moving from #13 to #8 in the ORA® rankings is a direct result of disciplined execution by our site teams. Pairing that with top-three finishes across customer service, communication, cleanliness, maintenance and security in the Einstein Best Of Awards confirms we’re performing where it matters. We’ll use this feedback to tighten processes further and keep improving the resident experience.”
