Real estate technology firm Rechat officially unveiled ‘Lucy,’ its highly anticipated artificial intelligence (AI)-powered agent assistant, on July 24, 2025. This innovative tool is engineered to streamline daily workflows and boost the efficiency of brokerages and real estate professionals across the industry. Lucy is readily accessible on both iPhone and Android devices, marking a significant step in integrating advanced AI into the real estate sector.

Lucy’s development has been a meticulous process, with the AI assistant undergoing extensive beta testing since 2023. Its initial public introduction occurred at the 2023 iOi Summit Pitch Battle, where Rechat CEO Shayan Hamidi showcased its potential. She has memory, privacy, and she’s an expert in using Rechat tools.” He projected that Lucy could help agents increase their productivity tenfold.

The capabilities of Lucy are comprehensive, positioning it as an AI-powered co-pilot for real estate professionals.
