BoldTrail, a key platform under Inside Real Estate, has officially launched HomeSearch AI, an advanced search and client engagement experience. Simultaneously, proptech leader Lone Wolf Technologies has unveiled its new Foundation Dashboard, a personalized homepage for real estate agents.
BoldTrail’s HomeSearch AI is poised to revolutionize the home search process by leveraging natural language processing, extensive MLS data, and sophisticated computer vision. This allows clients to ‘search exactly like they talk,’ moving beyond traditional, clunky filters to an intuitive, conversational style. According to a news release, the development of HomeSearch AI was significantly bolstered by Inside Real Estate’s recent acquisition of ListAssist, a startup specializing in AI-enhanced search, image, and data optimization. Joe Skousen, CEO of Inside Real Estate, emphasized the tool’s transformative potential, stating, ‘It’s smarter, faster, and purpose-built to help agents and clients connect in ways the market has never seen before.’ Beyond its core search capabilities, HomeSearch AI integrates ‘smart alerts and automated lead reactivation features’ to boost customer engagement and re-engage dormant leads. Julia Laurin, Chief Product Officer, highlighted its efficiency, noting, ‘Every alert going out is smarter by default. No extra effort, just better results.’ This isn’t BoldTrail’s first venture into artificial intelligence; in late 2023, Inside Real Estate introduced Smart Assistant, a generative AI tool powered by ChatGPT, designed to streamline agent tasks through personalized communication scripts.
