Presight and Abu Dhabi Police Forge Alliance for AI-Powered Law Enforcement and Smart City Innovation

Abu Dhabi, UAE – In a significant move towards modernizing law enforcement and fostering smart city development, Presight, a leading global artificial intelligence and big data analytics company, has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters (GHQ). The collaboration, announced on July 28, 2025, aims to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance policing capabilities and public safety across the emirate.

The partnership will see the integration of Presight’s AI-Policing Suite, a modular solution leveraging generative AI, AI agents, and advanced data analytics, with the operational systems of Abu Dhabi Police. This strategic alignment is designed to accelerate the deployment of intelligent systems that enable proactive crime prevention, real-time threat detection, digital forensics, and predictive analytics.

Major General and Engineer Nasir Sultan Al-Yabhouni, Director of the Leadership Affairs Sector at Abu Dhabi Police, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, stating, “Our partnership with Presight helps us benefit from world-leading artificial intelligence technologies that will enhance our policing capabilities and take them to new heights. This collaboration supports our efforts to maintain public safety through innovation, which means strengthening our officers’ ability to respond faster, make smarter decisions, and make Abu Dhabi a safer and more secure place.”

Mohammed AlMheiri, Chief Business Officer – Public Safety & Security at Presight, echoed this sentiment, remarking, “This strategic agreement marks a pivotal moment in the evolution of AI-driven public safety. Together, we are enabling a new era of proactive law enforcement defined by operational agility and enhanced decision-making.” He further highlighted that Presight’s tools, including real-time threat detection, digital forensics, and intelligent digital investigators, will be instrumental in supporting crime analysis and modernizing police operations.

The agreement also includes a commitment to explore ethical frameworks for the responsible use of AI in policing, underscoring a forward-thinking approach to technological adoption.
