Predoc Secures $30 Million to Revolutionize Healthcare Data Management with AI-Powered Automation

TLDR: Predoc, a New York-based health information management platform, has successfully raised $30 million in Series A and seed funding. This capital injection will fuel the expansion of its AI-native platform, designed to automate and optimize healthcare data workflows, significantly reducing record retrieval times and improving clinical insights.

New York, NY – September 2, 2025 – Predoc, a pioneering health information management platform, today announced it has secured $30 million in a combined Series A and seed funding round. The investment, led by Base10 Partners, with significant participation from Northzone, ENIAC Ventures, and ERA Ventures, is set to accelerate the company’s mission to transform the fragmented landscape of healthcare data through intelligent automation.

Founded in 2022 as Memr Inc. by Nishant Hari, Dr. Kaushal Kulkarni, Dr. Priya Mehta, and Alex Daniels, Predoc addresses the long-standing challenges of interoperability in healthcare. For years, clinicians and researchers have grappled with slow, error-prone processes for retrieving and organizing patient records, a problem that often delays care and burdens healthcare professionals with administrative tasks. Predoc’s AI-native platform offers a groundbreaking solution by fully automating these workflows, aiming to reduce record retrieval times by up to 75% and downstream clinical review time by as much as 70%.

Dr. Kaushal Kulkarni, Chief Medical Officer at Predoc, highlighted the critical need for such innovation, stating, “Every patient, provider, and clinical researcher knows the current system for connecting and organizing patient records is broken, but it’s our patients who suffer the most. It can take weeks or months to get complete records and hours to make sense of them.” Predoc’s platform is designed to offload these cumbersome workflows, replacing manual processes with intelligent, end-to-end automation that can even handle legacy data formats, including faxed medical records.

The company’s technology seamlessly integrates into existing healthcare workflows, transforming diverse clinical data into streamlined, actionable insights. This full-stack approach differentiates Predoc from competitors, delivering faster results with greater accuracy. Predoc has already demonstrated measurable outcomes for its clients, including prominent oncology groups, research networks, and virtual care providers. For instance, The Oncology Institute, a Predoc customer, has reported a 75% reduction in record retrieval turnaround time, directly benefiting patients navigating life-changing diagnoses.

Rexhi Dollaku, General Partner at Base10 Partners, commented on the investment, noting, “The Predoc team’s background in medicine means they understand the frustration with the healthcare industry deeply.” This deep understanding has enabled Predoc to develop a solution that amplifies clinical judgment rather than replacing it, ensuring clinicians remain focused on patient outcomes.
