OutSystems Celebrates AI and Software Development Pioneers at ONE Conference 2025

The event, held from September 30 to October 1, served as a global gathering for thousands of IT and business leaders, developers, and partners, all converging to explore the latest advancements in AI innovation.

Central to the conference were the prestigious 2025 Innovation Awards, which set an industry benchmark for demonstrating how organizations are effectively leveraging AI to create tangible real-world impact. Global powerhouses such as Roche, Clarins, and The Pokémon Company International were among the distinguished recipients. These brands were lauded for their pioneering efforts in redefining application and agent development within the rapidly evolving age of AI, delivering digital solutions that significantly advance their businesses, empower their people, and benefit communities worldwide.

The hackathon was a powerful demonstration of how AI and low-code technologies can be harnessed for social good through innovative application development, specifically benefiting nonprofit organizations globally. The top honor went to Persistent Ecovison for their application designed for smart and effective waste management, incorporating systems of agents from collection to recycling.
