ATHENS, Greece – Omilia, a global leader in enterprise conversational AI, has announced the appointment of Marios Fakiolas as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This strategic move aims to accelerate the company’s technological innovation and solidify its transformation into an AI-first organization.
Fakiolas brings over two decades of experience spanning defense, software engineering, enterprise software, and AI startups. He previously held senior technical roles at Omilia starting in 2017, where he was instrumental in developing the company’s early voice-first AI capabilities. In 2021, Fakiolas founded HelloWorld PC, a boutique tech firm specializing in AI and modern engineering practices, which he scaled into a recognized innovation partner delivering next-generation AI solutions across various sectors.
His return to Omilia comes at a crucial time for the evolution of conversational AI. Fakiolas expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I’m thrilled to return to Omilia at an exciting moment in the evolution of Conversational AI.
