NextEra and ServiceNow Forge Alliance to Drive Digital Transformation Across the Middle East

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – September 16, 2025 – NextEra, a strategic joint venture between global technology consulting and digital solutions company LTIMindtree and Aramco Digital, has announced a significant partnership with ServiceNow, a leading AI platform for digital transformation. This collaboration aims to propel large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The partnership is designed to leverage ServiceNow’s intelligent workflow orchestration capabilities alongside NextEra’s robust service offerings. A primary objective is to accelerate the deployment of generative AI and agentic automation within enterprise environments, utilizing core ServiceNow functionalities and NextEra’s strong service delivery expertise.

A key focus of this strategic alliance is the development of industry-specific platforms tailored to address real-world challenges in critical sectors such as energy, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), and giga-projects. These platforms are intended to deliver measurable impact by enabling organizations to modernize legacy systems, enhance agility, upgrade CRM and employee experience platforms, and ultimately unlock new levels of operational excellence.

As part of the agreement, NextEra will establish a proximity center at the Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam. Concurrently, ServiceNow will set up a center of excellence dedicated to training and digitally equipping the local workforce, fostering regional talent and expertise. This initiative underscores a commitment to localizing digital capabilities and supporting the region’s economic diversification goals.
