This collaboration aims to propel large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The partnership is designed to leverage ServiceNow’s intelligent workflow orchestration capabilities alongside NextEra’s robust service offerings. A primary objective is to accelerate the deployment of generative AI and agentic automation within enterprise environments, utilizing core ServiceNow functionalities and NextEra’s strong service delivery expertise.
A key focus of this strategic alliance is the development of industry-specific platforms tailored to address real-world challenges in critical sectors such as energy, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), and giga-projects.
