LOTTE Innovate officially launched ‘iMember 3.0’, its latest business-customized AI agent platform, at the ‘LOTTE Artificial Intelligence (AI) Showcase 2025’ held on July 18th at the LOTTE Hotel World. This new iteration represents a significant advancement, incorporating approximately one year of real-world usage feedback from within the extensive LOTTE Group, building upon the foundation of the 2.0 version introduced in August of the previous year.
iMember 3.0 is designed to streamline various business operations through a suite of six specialized AI agent services. These include an AI assistant, functioning as a sophisticated chatbot, and an AI meeting minutes service for efficient documentation. The platform also features Vision Studio for advanced image generation and editing, Voice Maker for voice generation and synthesis, and Checkmate for comprehensive document checking and review. A notable enhancement is the AI report agent, which now includes a feature for automatic infographic generation, complementing its existing text-based reporting capabilities.
Technologically, the AI assistant within iMember 3.0 is structured to integrate seamlessly with the MCP (standardizing interactions between models and external tools and data) server. Furthermore, it leverages Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, enabling its large language model (LLM) to produce precise and contextually relevant responses by efficiently searching and retrieving information from external data sources.
Beyond its functional enhancements, LOTTE Innovate has significantly improved the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the iMember 3.0 platform. A robust security system, specifically optimized for corporate environments, has also been established to ensure data integrity and privacy.

Looking ahead, LOTTE Innovate has ambitious plans for the platform. The company intends to expand the AX (Artificial Intelligence Transformation) platform across its entire business ecosystem and provide highly customized services. This expansion will involve actively developing AI agents specialized in consulting, development, and operations. Kim Kyung-yeop, CEO of LOTTE Innovate, stated, ‘Internally, we aim to expand our client base to 300 this year.’ He further emphasized the company’s commitment, adding, ‘We will do our best to ensure iMember grows into a representative AI platform for our country through continuous enhancement of AI technology.’ The company also aims to bolster its competitiveness in the business-to-business (B2B) market and broaden the platform’s application scope to both domestic and international markets.
