LiveRamp Unveils Advanced Agentic AI for Marketing Automation and Data Collaboration

TLDR: LiveRamp has introduced a suite of new agentic AI tools designed to revolutionize marketing automation. These innovations include agentic orchestration, AI-Powered Segmentation, and AI-Powered Search capabilities for its Data Marketplace. The platform now enables autonomous AI agents to collaborate with governed access to identity, segmentation, activation, and measurement solutions, aiming to deliver superior customer outcomes and streamline marketing efforts.

LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP) announced on October 1, 2025, the launch of groundbreaking agentic AI tools aimed at transforming marketing automation and data collaboration. This strategic move positions LiveRamp as a pioneer in enabling autonomous AI agents to operate within a governed data environment, providing marketers with unprecedented capabilities to optimize campaigns and enhance customer engagement.

The core of this announcement is the introduction of agentic orchestration for marketing. This new solution allows autonomous AI agents to access LiveRamp’s extensive data collaboration network, which includes trillions of signals. By doing so, it facilitates intelligent, secure data collaboration at scale across the agentic ecosystem. The system is designed to power multi-agent collaboration throughout the entire marketing lifecycle, ensuring built-in connectivity and robust governance. Marketers can integrate their own AI agents or those from partners via APIs, gaining controlled access to LiveRamp’s identity, segmentation, activation, measurement, clean rooms, and insights from over 900 partners. This level of integration is expected to lead to faster, more informed decisions across all marketing activities.

In addition to agentic orchestration, LiveRamp has rolled out AI-Powered Segmentation and AI-Powered Search capabilities for its Data Marketplace. These features are set to further empower marketers by providing more precise audience targeting and efficient data discovery within LiveRamp’s vast network.

Matt Karasick, Head of Product at LiveRamp, emphasized the critical role of data in AI’s effectiveness, stating, “AI agents are only as smart as the data they can access, and LiveRamp is uniquely positioned to fuel them with superior signals at the right time to personalize in new ways.” He added, “Our interoperability and enterprise-grade governance allow marketers to leverage any agent, anywhere, with the complete context and trusted data necessary to operate at the speed of AI. Today, the power of AI joins the power of the LiveRamp network, delivering better outcomes with drastically less effort.”

The broader industry context highlights the growing importance of agentic AI. Unlike traditional AI systems that merely automate repetitive tasks, agentic AI systems are autonomous, capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks without constant human intervention. This shift is transforming marketing operations, enabling real-time campaign design, execution, and optimization.

The market for agentic AI is experiencing rapid growth, with projections indicating the global agentic AI market will expand from $28 billion in 2024 to $127 billion by 2029, at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 35%. The AI marketing industry specifically is forecast to reach $107.5 billion by 2028, with a CAGR of 36.6% between 2024 and 2030. Companies adopting agentic AI are reporting significant benefits, including a 30% reduction in operational costs and a 25% increase in productivity.

Michael Gorman, Chief Product Officer at Predactiv, commented on LiveRamp’s contributions: “LiveRamp’s AI investments continue to accelerate marketers’ ability to tap the best solutions from across the ecosystem, bringing value not just for marketers, but every part of the marketing stack. With LiveRamp and Predactiv helping to unlock AI-powered targeting, marketers have an opportunity to drive considerable improvements in performance.”
