Lisse Co., Ltd., a prominent legal technology company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, announced today the successful completion of the second close of its Series C funding round, securing ¥1 billion (approximately $6.7 million USD, based on current exchange rates). This significant investment, finalized on November 12, 2025, is set to bolster the company’s strategic initiatives, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.

The funding round saw participation from four new key investors: Japan Post Spiral Regional Innovation Fund, NTT Docomo Ventures, Aozora Corporate Investment, and SB C&S. Additionally, various financial institutions contributed further financing, underscoring strong confidence in Lisse’s market position and future growth trajectory.
