Seoul, South Korea – LG CNS, a leading IT service provider, today announced the introduction of its groundbreaking ‘AgenticWorks’ platform, poised to transform artificial intelligence (AI) development and operational efficiency within enterprises. The modular platform was unveiled at the ‘AX Media Day’ held on August 25, 2025, at the Convergence Hall of the LG Science Park in Magok, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
‘AgenticWorks’ is touted as the only domestic modular platform of its kind, offering a comprehensive suite of six modules that support the entire process of designing, building, operating, and managing AI services. This innovative approach allows corporations to select and utilize only the specific functions they require, optimizing their AI adoption strategy.
Key modules of the platform include:
Builder: A dedicated coding environment for professional developers.
Studio: A no-code development environment, empowering general employees to create AI services without extensive coding knowledge.
Knowledge Lake: A repository for collecting and refining documents and data to enhance AI usability.
Hub: Facilitates seamless connection between AI and existing corporate systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Refiner: Optimizes specialized AI models tailored to specific industries.
Router: Automatically selects the most suitable AI model based on the given business scenario.
This modular design ensures that AI service creation is accessible to a broader range of employees, not just specialized developers, thereby accelerating the efficiency of AI integration into enterprise operations.
The platform’s development is rooted in the ‘DAP GenAI platform,’ which has already demonstrated its effectiveness in financial and public sectors. LG CNS collaborated with global AI company Cohere to develop ‘AgenticWorks,’ leveraging its extensive experience from over 500 AX (AI transformation) projects to deliver industry- and value chain-specific AI models.
LG CNS President Hyun Sin-kyun emphasized the strategic importance of this launch, stating, “Agentic AI is an innovative technology that actively analyzes and coordinates corporate operations beyond simple repetition and supports decision-making.” He further added, “As the leading AX specialist corporation in the country, LG CNS will continue to create the entire process of AI transformation for our customers.”
The practical applications of ‘AgenticWorks’ are diverse and impactful. In human resources, the platform can analyze tens of thousands of self-introductions during the recruitment process and automatically generate tailored interview questions, leading to a reported productivity boost of 26%. In the finance sector, it aids in risk management through business expense fluctuation detection and report generation.
Connectivity is a cornerstone of ‘AgenticWorks,’ with enhanced integration capabilities for existing corporate systems like ERP and CRM. This is achieved through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A), allowing various systems and AI agents to connect easily without complex integration coding.
Security is also a paramount feature, as LG CNS has equipped ‘AgenticWorks’ with its ‘SecureXpert AI’ solution, designed for preemptive blocking of sensitive information leaks, detection of intrusion threats, and automated responses.
In addition to ‘AgenticWorks,’ LG CNS also introduced ‘a:xink,’ a work innovation service aimed at enhancing employee experience. This service, a blend of ‘AX (AI transformation),’ ‘EX (employee experience),’ and ‘Think,’ is designed to instantly transform daily employee tasks such as scheduling, meetings, emails, and translation into an AI-based format.
The company aims to achieve a productivity increase of over 30% within the next three years through the widespread adoption of its Agentic AI strategy.
